No, but moderation is the key to the natural sugars are good and bad do not really eat fruit cough all the time sweet fresh fruit daily.

There is no food on this planet, that people with diabetes can not eat.
We need carbohydrates, like everyone else.

All fruits and vegetables are good for diabetics to eat with moderation. All fruits contain natural sugars and should be limited, but can not be avoided. Some vegetables are rich in carbohydrates and should be limited but not avoided. These include corn and potatoes.
