I recently bought a ionizer Ebay and yes you have to remove the leaves off when it is dirty. It really works and all the allergens in the air, animals, dust, cigarette smoke and mold a great thing to have at home .. Remember also, these things on your carpets and curtains. It's worth the purchase.
I had a Homedics Breth for about 6 months and I love love love it! Get it! The smells are wonderful and it really cleans the air! You can give a significant difference, and reduces the dust! :-) I hope you go ahead and buy!
